1st Interview

This is my 1st interview. wow.. quite interesting. not bad. but i'm not sure whether i got the job or not. it doesn't matter actually, even if i fail, i already learn something from it. i got the interview thru jobstreet from one of the msc status company. at plaza mont kiara. i like the opening. i got a warm welcome from the receptionist. :D at first, the founder show us the slide presentation about the company, their client, what they did, their project, company structure, etc. only after that, he start the interview. i made a few mistakes, i guess.. like telling him i don't like doing flash2 thing. i still remember that he said i was confident about my ability in programming. another mistake.. hahaha. actually i doesn't think much. for me, i just have to keep talking. somehow, it made me remember about Dr. Samad comment a day b4 my presentation, he said i was too confident, that's why my output doesn't come out right. from the meeting with that company, i think i like the company. it seem like they 'hargai' their worker, pay overtime ("we one of the stupid IT company, we pay for the overtime", he said),pay advance bonus went we start working at their company b'coz they know we, the fresh graduade don't have much money to spend while waiting for our first salary at the end of month(actually, i think it's their way to make sure their worker doesn't jump in to other company b'coz we have to pay back the bonus if we doesn't complete our prohibation period). The starting salary also quite good. the same amount i state in my resume. BUT, it is different from my previous company. only the receptionist is malay and i hate to stuck in jammed...
well, now i already past the 1st interview. i ready for the another interview. the experieced is so important and it will teach me how to handle another interview well.i also got one tip from interviewer, never said.. i think. it's like i'm not very confident with myself. I guess sometime i can be over confident or too nervous.. depend...
